HOUSE RULES
Like SMOOCH, we do have some 'rules' =p
1. Firstly, emails will be checked every 2 days..due to our very hectic work schedules (we have full time day jobs)..we're goin to find it a bit tough to reply all emails daily..so if you don't hear frm us, don't worry, we're not ignoring you, we're just really caught up with work..and don't worry, if you email us first, you'll be the first in line for tht piece if it's still available =)
2. All reservations made will be held for 2 days max..so..if you email me on the 5th, I will hold your item till the 7th morning..giving you a good 2 days to think and decide if you'd like it...(if you do, pls either send me an email or sms to confirm and I will provide you my account details to send the money to)...If I have not heard from you after the 2 days, I will immediately let anyone else interested in it have it.
3. For photo requests, I will tryyyyy my very best to send you other pictures as per your requests, however sometimes I may not have the item with me (I dont' live with the stock..the stock lives elsewhere =p) and it will be a bit difficult to get the item..but if you can wait, then it shouldn't be a problem =)
4. Due to the nature of the clothes sold on MUAKZZ, we will only mail your items. CODs don't apply here..unless it's really convenient...or if you buy a whole lotta stuff..hope you understand..do enquire and we'll see how we can work around it. We do Post Laju (RM6 for the 1st piece, the next few will incur a higher charge) or Express Post (RM4 per item..max 2 small items). Then again, we can discuss and work around it =) **we won't be held responsible for lost or damaged goods**
5. In the case of a COD, convenient areas are Subang Jaya after 7pm and One Utama in the day time only on weekdays.
